Kissing: A Dance of Souls and Love's Expression

Updated: Mar 22

You know, I feel a kiss is like you taste a ripe mango. The sweetness stays on the tip of your tongue and the juice of love keeps flowing between you both. It’s just that you can’t put into words how much more you love each other now, than the day before yesterday.

A kiss, my dear, can't you see that it's our souls that are kissing? It's the uniting of our souls, not just our lips; it's who we are, our feelings, and our love for each other being shared as we exchange breaths with that special someone.

A kiss is like a thousand words, a volume of conversation saying, 'Here I am today, this is how I feel, and this is what I'm longing for.' When you kiss, don't think of it as just leading to something else. No, let it be its own world, a dance of gentleness and fire.

Whether your kiss is slow and tender or deep and urgent, it's an expression of all that is within you at that moment. Your hands in their hair, your touch on their face – it all says, 'I am here with you, at this moment.'

Kissing is typically an award and a joy experienced by two hearts. It's not only a prelude to making love; it's an independent act of love.

When you kiss, let your whole self be involved in it. Let it be a dance of energy, a song of your intimacy. And remember, kissing is a meditation, too.

When you kiss, don't think – feel it; feel it in your heart. Breathe into it and let it penetrate to the very bones. Remain conscious; if you're not conscious while kissing, each kiss will be a sin. You won't be meditating; you'll be dozing.

So, when your mind starts slipping, come back with your breath to the sensation of the kiss itself. Make it slower, quieter, and fill it with more love.

Kissing with your heart you will discover that there is much more to a kiss than just the lips-touch

- it is a connection, bond, love's expression.
