A kiss was so much more than just a touching of lips. It was an entire conversation, a dance, a minute in time to lose yourself within the presence and connection of someone else. And I want to let you in on something I’ve learned about the power of a conscious kiss.

Now, some of us think kissing is just a step on the way to something else, like a quick stop on a long journey. A real kiss is my destination. Period.
A kiss on purpose is some kinda thang, a beautiful feeling where nothing else matters but the heat, the flavor, the very soul of our love.
You know, kissing is the most intimate thing you can do with somebody. More intimate than sex even. Because you can go a whole life time without ever really knowing someone. But if you kiss them, your lips don't lie. Your heart doesn't lie. No, nothing foolish goes on when you kiss someone.
By kissing you give a piece of your life, you intertwine your breath and essence with your partner. It is not just a physical relationship- it is a bond, a connection that goes far beyond the surface.
Every kiss is like a conversation. It’s not just about the thrill, it’s a trip you take with your partner to see where you both are. Your thoughts, your heart, and your wants—all that in one moment shared.
Bring yourself to the kiss. Don’t think of it as a means to an end, but rather a world you both create, where time stays still and nothing else in the universe matters.
In one kiss, you know everything there is to know — soft and slow; long and intimate; fierce and powerful. Your mouth is the conduit of what you are feeling inside, your hand against their face, cupping their cheek, pulling them into you.
Kissing is not a means to an end, but a joyful solemnization of possibility and appreciation. It isn’t foreplay; it is play. You don’t lose yourself in a kiss; you find yourself. In that moment, you momentarily drown in the experience of another person — in surrendering the impulse to be focused solely on ourselves lies an ecstasy greater than we can fathom.
Do you recognize that there are certain spots on your tongue that are directly linked to your brain? The tongue is often used to hold stress, and when you let it go, it will help to clear your head.
Kissing can actually be a meditation. And as in any sensual massage, it begins with the connection at the heart.
You can achieve the same with your mouth. Feel your heart, place right in the mid of your chest, and make it possible for this connection to flow.
As you breathe, feel that breath going straight to your heart, warming it, and filling it with a sensation, a color, or a light. And just let that feeling grow stronger with every breath you take... and then let that feeling go from your heart to your mouth... to your lips... throughout your entire body...
If you notice your mind beginning to wander while you’re locked in a sultry kiss, just shift your awareness back to your breath, and then hone in on the feelings and the sensations — they’ll help pull you right back into focus.
I will look into my lover’s eyes and with my gaze I will send the energy of my heart. I will walk softly to meet him, my first touch soft and gentle, like a warm breeze on a cool Goan evening.
Explore the mouth, lips, and tongue. Go slowly, taking the top lip in yours and then the bottom lip. Allow for a soft and then not so soft opening of yourselves to each other if it feels right.
Stop. Let them touch you, let them lead. Reflect the same movements, the same breaths, the same moans, the same want with your own.
Kiss slowly, so slowly that time stops. And once it does, surrender yourself to the moment. Pull them closer in your arms, tilt your head slightly, deepen the kiss and smile while you do it. Open your mouth a little, take their lips between yours and gently suck on them to dance with their tongue.
And above all things, my dear, kiss from your heart. Let it be a sincere reflection of what’s inside you.
A kiss isn't just a touch of your lips but a kiss is one thing that will bind two souls together.
